TechVPN — Fast & Secure VPN

By using TechVPN, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

TechVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection using the WireGuard protocol. The service is available through:

• iOS App — available on the Apple App Store
• Browser Extension — available for Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge

Both free (with limited bandwidth) and premium (unlimited) tiers are offered.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TechVPN responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are prohibited:

• Any illegal activity under applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to attack, exploit, or disrupt other networks or systems
• Torrenting copyrighted material
• Reselling or redistributing the VPN service
• Attempting to bypass bandwidth limits or abuse the free tier

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

iOS App

• Premium subscriptions are available through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard EULA.

Browser Extension

• Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans) are available through cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20) and other payment providers as they become available.
• Premium is tied to your email account and can be used across multiple browsers and devices.
• License keys may be offered for one-time premium activation. Each key is single-use and non-transferable.
• Prices are displayed before purchase. All amounts are in USD.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You can extend your subscription at any time.

Refund Policy

• Browser extension purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@techvpn.cloud with your payment details.
• Cryptocurrency payments (USDT) are refunded in USDT to the original sender address.
• After 7 days, refunds are not available.
• iOS app refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
• License key activations are non-refundable once the key has been used.

4. Free Tier

• The free tier provides VPN access with limited bandwidth (5 GB/month for browser extension, speed-limited for iOS app).
• Free tier availability is subject to server capacity and may be adjusted without notice.
• No account registration is required to use the free tier on the browser extension.
• Abuse of the free tier (device ID rotation, IP-based quota evasion) will result in access restriction.

5. Account & Authentication

• Browser extension accounts are created with an email address and authenticated via magic link (passwordless).
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. We cannot recover accounts for inaccessible email addresses.
• One active session per account. Signing in on a new device will sign out the previous one.
• You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We do not log your browsing activity or traffic content. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• VPN servers are located in Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, and the United States.
• Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily disrupt the service.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The TechVPN application, browser extension, website, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of TechVPN. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TechVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we use industry-standard encryption (WireGuard), no VPN can guarantee absolute security or anonymity. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of TechVPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
